Strength and Stretch Yoga

“The pelvis is the flower pot from where the spine grows” .
Strength and stretch class focuses on hip and pelvic health and all the stabilizing areas around that. Great for gentle core work out, and stretching, hip flexors, hamstrings and glutes. Great for people focusing on pelvic and hip health, while still looking looking to gain strength and flexibility.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga classes combine aspects of Buddhist mindfulness practices and classical Yoga to create a deep experience of letting go. A restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. This class helps to open the body, focus the mind & nourish the soul.

The perfect class for people looking to begin their yoga journey. This class is designed to help you get reacquainted with your body and draw you out of your head.

The class will introduce you to breath awareness, basic, simplified yoga poses and mindfulness techniques.  With continued practice, Body Aware Yoga will help you develop and maintain Resilience, Strength and Connection.

Frontline Yoga

Frontline Yoga delivers free yoga classes to Frontline Professionals including current and ex-serving police, fire, ambulance and military personnel, healthcare workers, lifesavers, RFS/SES and volunteer paramedics.

Classes are based on trauma-aware principles and are designed to help develop and maintain Resilience, Strength and Connection.

​All classes are suitable for beginners, taught in a simple and straightforward way and particularly suitable for those with chronic stress, depression, anxiety and post-traumatic stress.
